Our order processing time is 2-5 business days. After dispatch it normally takes 2 weeks for orders to be delivered (if you choose Standard Tracked Shipping). For Express Tracked Shipping, it takes 5-7 days for orders to be delivered after dispatch
What smartphones are the locks compatible with?
Our smart locks are compatible with iOS 7.0 or above and Android 4.4 or above. The locks are managed through Tuya Smart App, available on Apple Store and Google Play.
Do the locks have a built-in battery?
No, the locks are powered through 4x AA Alkaline batteries (not included). The batteries last up to an entire year of use, however for emergency uses, the Nocki Enhanced Lock and the Nocki Expert Lock also feature a micro-USB slot to insert an external power bank.
Are the locks compatible with any door?
The Nocki locks are compatible with almost any door that has a thickness between 35 and 65mm (1.3 and 2.55 inches). For easy installation, the door should have a 52mm (2.05in) diameter face hole and a 25mm (0.98in) diameter latch hole.
The faceplate of the Nocki locks measures 25mm (0.98in) in width and 57mm (2.24in) in length. The backset is adjustable to 60mm or 70mm (2.36 or 0.28in).
Do the locks come with a warranty?
Yes, all Nocki locks come with a 2-year warranty.
